How payments are processed
All payments are processed through Stripe Inc. No card information is stored by Entertainment® and Stripe encrypts all card information. To learn more, go to https://stripe.com/.
Additional Fees
Entertainment® does not charge any additional fees for purchasing through Secure Payment. You will only be subject to any normal fees from your bank or credit card company.
Chargebacks/Fraudulent Charges
In the event of a disputed charge, your credit card company or bank will ultimately decide the resolution of the dispute. For more information, see: https://stripe.com/help/disputes.
Card Protection
All payments are processed by Stripe Inc. Stripe processes billions of dollars a year for thousands of businesses including Fortune 500 companies. Entertainment® does not store any card information. For more details, see https://stripe.com/help/security.
No Additional Charges
You are only charged for the amount entered.
Using Mobile Internet
You must be connected to the Internet to use Secure Payment. If you are on a mobile device, try turning off Wi-Fi to connect to your mobile network.
Group ID
The Group ID should be provided by the school/seller. The Group ID can also be found on the parent letter or by contacting the chairperson.
Rejected Credit Card Payment
If you receive an error message, please try a new card. In the event that a card is rejected, your card will not be charged.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or to adjust the amount charged, the customer should email their refund request to customer service at securepayment@entertainment.com and include:

1) 6-digit Confirmation Number
2) Cardholder First/Last name
3) Date of the transaction
Secure Payment is freezing, slow, or otherwise not functioning correctly
Please try using Secure Payment later. If the problem persists, send an email with a description of the problem to:
securepayment@entertainment.com.
I wrote down my confirmation number incorrectly
The chairperson receives a record of all purchases made through Secure Payment. If you have a record of the following:

1) Cardholder First/Last name
2) Date of the transaction
3) School/Group
4) Student/seller First name
5) Student/seller Initials
6) Student/seller Grade

You should be able to work with the chairperson to determine the correct confirmation number.
